unable to call the number back they call three to four times a day i do not answer it

Buford, ga. area I think its a Mci Worldcom payphone in Phillips State Prison. I answer its silent.

frustrated by these calls

no msg -- rang at 5:30 am on a Saturday.

Someone called from this #. I have no idea who they are or what they want, as they didn't identify their business or state their purpose for calling.

I received a call from this number at 1:47pm CDT. I did not answer it.

they called my phone but didn't answer no voice mail too!

This is a collection agency. The name of the entity is A.C.S. The number IDs as a cel phone but when dialed forwards to an inbound center. The trap is obvious- The number appears to be a legit caller, even after Googling, ie; it shows as a cel phone in the San Antonio area, but when dialed it forwards, probably carrying your caller ID info with it, and an operator announces the company name. No one every speaks, but you can hear you are still on the line with them. Hung up, and called the number back, but got the "number you have dialed is not in service" message. I am on a no-call list, so if it is a telemarketer, they are not following the rules.

Whoever this is calling with this number needs to be investigated especially for all you that say that they have your informaiton.I have a 1 year old baby and they wake us up every morning at 8am. So today I unpluged my phone until we woke up on our own.Ridiculous.

THEY CALL AND CALL AND CALL AND WON'T STOP! Its a scam and they need to stop now!

I am receiving these calls at work and its a recorded message. I do not intend on calling them back because I too think its a scam
